What if I can’t make the live coaching calls?

No worries at all.


If you choose the
Live + Digital option, all coaching calls are recorded and uploaded to your private portal so you can watch (or rewatch) whenever it works for you.

You’ll still receive the guidance and teaching, even if you can’t attend live — and you can submit questions in advance if you’d like them addressed on the call.

If you choose the Digital option, you’ll move through The Shift entirely on your own schedule, with full access to the lessons, tools, and community.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to access everything?

Yes. The Shift is designed to be simple and easy to use.

Once you purchase, you’ll create an account and get immediate access to your private portal. Everything — videos, resources, and community — is organized clearly so you can move through it without stress.

And if you ever need help, support is available.

How much time will this take each week?

The Shift is designed to fit into real life.

The Digital option is completely self-paced. Most women spend about 1–2 hours per week watching lessons and applying what they learn — but you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule.

The Live + Digital option follows the same content, with the added support of live coaching. You can move through the program week by week, or revisit lessons as needed.

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about building habits that feel supportive and sustainable.

Which option is right for me — Digital or Live?

Choose Digital if you want maximum flexibility and prefer to move through the program on your own time.

Choose Live + Digital if you want more structure, accountability, and real-time coaching support plus curated live calls with expert clinicians and speakers.

Both options include the full Shift experience — it’s simply about the level of support that feels right for you right now.

Is there any 1:1 support available?

Yes — for women who want a little more personalized guidance, there’s an optional 1:1 coaching add-on available.

You can choose to purchase a 2-session private coaching package to use during your time in The Shift. These sessions are designed to help you personalize what you’re learning, work through specific challenges, and feel supported where you need it most.

This is completely optional and offered in limited availability.

Who are the live expert calls with, and what can I expect?

You’ll have access to 30–45 minute expert-led calls with clinicians and specialists aligned with the core shifts inside the program.

This round includes a collaboration with Well by Messer, a wellness practice with locations in CT and NYC focused on integrative, personalized care. You’ll hear directly from members of their team, along with additional expert voices, to help connect the clinical perspective with the lifestyle work we’re building inside the program.
